High level description of WhatsUp Gold deployment specifics

Deployment of WhatsUp Gold is done on site at the customer premises.

Deployment is intended as installation only with a basic configuration; mapping the network. Any other custom configuration as can be the use of a full blown SQL server versus the MSDE or configuration of actions, Dynamic Groups and so forth, will have to be discussed in advance with ToIT. Prior the installation, the client will have to provide specific information about the network configuration. Those are considered pre-requirements for a smooth Whatsup installation. Any other detail or need from both sides will have to be discussed in details with ToIT before the installation date.
