Q.: Does Training on IT have its own training location?
A.: No, Training on IT does not have its own training location. However, Training on IT can organize a location when needed.
Q.: Does Training on IT operates only in the country where the company is physically established?
A.: No, Training on IT can travel virtually anywhere you need the training.
Q.: Does Training on IT also sells the software that its training on?
A.: No, Training on IT is neither a distributor nor a reseller and have no intention of selling any software. However, Training on IT can give reference of distributors or resellers.
Q.: When a client booked a training, does he also need to provide the computers for its own people?
A.: It is preferable to do so. When this is not possible, the client can ask Training on IT to also take care the renting of the necessary equipment. This would be considered as expenses for the client.
Q.: Is there a different price for training ‘on site’ or ‘off site’?
A.: Yes. Meaning that on site is considered has delivering training at the client premises and off site means that Training on IT or the client itself will take care the renting of location and equipment. In the second case, the off site training, the renting costs will be added to the requester.
Q.: If one company wishes to send more than one person from the same company, are the student billed individually?
A.: When a class is ONLY for one single company and the company brings more than 3 person of the same company, Training on IT will make a special price with a minimum base.
Q.:How many people Training on IT will have in a single class?
A.: the maximum number of people in a class shall be no more than 10. This is to maximize the student learning curve and delivery of a more personal training.
Q.: Can one single person request a personal training (One person only)?
A.: Of course it is possible.
Q.: Does Training on IT also provide Installation and/or configuration?
A.: Yes, Training on IT sells also Installation and/or configuration. In most cases, an agreement has to be decided via preview communication to understand the needs and the goals of the client.
